Coffee making and technology

For coffee production approximately twelve different coffee varieties from Central America, East Africa and India are used. The most popular coffee varieties used in the plant could be ragarded as arabica coffee beans from Columbia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, India, Kenya, Uganda, Brazil etc. For every coffee variety the most suitable roasting program is used in order to provide the best taste and aroma features.

The raw material of green coffee is bought only according to a model and after a careful examination of delivered samples of some regular suppliers - taking into account both apperance of the beans, and roasted coffee sample taste and aroma.

To ensure high quality green coffee beans purchase and observance of accurate tehnological conditions, in the factory is established a laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment. Coffee tastings are performed on a regular basis as well as organoleptic analysis. The coffee plant is certified by the certification center of Latvia LATSERT and the certification agency ROSTEST.
